Rooted in the belief that exceptional food has the power to bring people together, we create dining experiences that feel both familiar and refined. From restaurant dining and bespoke catering to private chef experiences and seasonal long-table events, every offering is designed to turn a meal into a memorable occasion. 

The vision for The Bouquet Garni was born from the journey of founder and chef, Duenna. After spending more than a decade in journalism, she found herself returning to a passion that had quietly accompanied her throughout her life: food. What began as a love for cooking and hosting evolved into a calling, leading her to pursue culinary training and ultimately open The Bouquet Garni in Midrand. 

Today, The Bouquet Garni is a celebration of hospitality, craftsmanship, and connection — an elevated take on home-style dining where comfort and elegance coexist effortlessly.
